Die Wohnung wird vermietet an eine oder zwei Personen.

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate !

Der monatliche Mietpreis beträgt 1.380,- Euro.

Ein Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus ist für 120,- Euro mietbar !

Im Preis inbegriffen sind Strom, Heizung, Wasser, alle weiteren Nebenkosten einschließlich Kabelanschluß und  Internetzugang per WLAN. Die Rundfunkgebühr trägt der Mieter.

We offer the apartment for up to 2 people – furnished –  for at least 3 months, also for a longer or long period.

The monthly rent is 1.380,- Euro, for an underground parking space 120,- Euro.

The additional costs include: heating, electricity, water, garbage disposal, cleaning of the communal facilities, winter service, WiFi and cable connection.
